Anthology: exquisite cuisine introducing the talents and specialities of the world’s most celebrated guest chefs. The pan-Asian Sakura restaurant gathers together some of the fascinating food from Thailand, Vietnam and Japan. Marble & Co. Grill is the steakhouse, a lair of quality cuts and beefy wine, while Fil Rouge delights with its signature French flair, a mix of bistro favorites and nouvelle gems. Med Yacht Club offers a variety of small plates originating in the Mediterranean nations, with France, Spain, Italy, Greece and North Africa all getting in on the culinary act. And the live cooking stations in the Emporium Marketplace keep guests filled with simple pleasures and comfort favorites.
An exquisite selection of food is also served at five of the ship’s 12 bars and lounges, indoors and out, and in-suite dining is a personal and intimate treat you may never tire of.

Wines onboard EXPLORA I reflect the regions you will be sailing in, guaranteed. Sommeliers are extremely well-versed at securing some of the most exclusive and ambrosial boutique wines in the world.
